Bloomin Onion Bread


1 loaf unsliced sourdough bread
12 oz Monterey Jack Cheese, shredded
1/2 red onion, diced
1/2 C. butter or margarine
1 T. dill weed


Slice bread almost all the way to the bottom to form cubes.

Stick the cheese down in the cracks.  Spread onions evenly over bread.  Melt butter and stir in dill weed.  Pour evenly over the top of bread.
Wrap bread in tin foil.
Bake at 350 degrees F for 15 minutes, then take off foil and bake another 10 minutes.
